At Beauty Ghouls, your time and mine are both valuable. I totally understand that life happens—but communication is key and respecting each others time matters. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will result in a fee of 50% of the total service cost. This fee will be charged to the card on file. No-shows or no-calls will result in the forfeit of your deposit, and a new deposit will be required to book a new appointment.
